£15.00/hr | 2‑day project + paid training | Leeds student areas
We’re recruiting 30 Temporary Inventory Controllers to support a large student‑housing inspection project across Hyde Park, Headingley, Burley, Woodhouse and surrounding Leeds areas. This is ideal for anyone local who enjoys being out and about, is confident using a smartphone, and wants short‑term, flexible work.
The Role
You’ll be visiting student properties and completing simple, structured check‑out inspections, including:
- Recording wide‑angle video walkthroughs on your phone
- Taking meter readings
- Reporting urgent maintenance issues via QR code and WhatsApp
- Returning on day two to confirm cleaning and repair completion
Full training is provided. No previous experience needed.
Key Dates
Paid Training (4 hours):
24 or 25 June (final date/time confirmed at booking)
Working Days:
- 30 June — 09:30–18:00
- 1 July — 08:00–14:00
You must be available for both working days & the training
What We’re Looking For
- Local people who know Leeds student areas
- Confident using a smartphone for video
- Able to communicate clearly in English
- Reliable, motivated and comfortable working independently
- Own transport is helpful but not essential
