Key responsibilities:
- Visiting empty student properties in York to complete check‑out inspections
- Recording condition reports using an app on your smartphone
- Taking meter readings
- Travelling between properties (bike, scooter or moped required; car acceptable but parking is limited and not reimbursed)
- Training provided
Dates and hours:
- Paid training: Thursday 11 June (full day)
- Working dates: 15–19 June
- Hours: 9.00–17.00/17.30
Requirements:
- Confident using a smartphone and happy to use your own
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable travelling around York
