We’re delighted to share that MD, Clare is supporting an exciting local business initiative as a member of the expert panel for the Fusion programme — delivered by Your Small Business Board and funded by the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority.
Fusion is a fully grant-funded workforce development programme designed to help small and medium-sized employers in York and North Yorkshire address some of the biggest challenges they face today — particularly recruitment, retention and building workplace cultures that are future-ready. Part of the programme’s mission is to help businesses create inclusive, resilient workplaces and unlock long-term workforce potential.
As an expert panel member, Clare will be involved in delivering workshops and offering one-to-one mentoring sessions for participating business leaders. Drawing on her experience in recruitment, people strategy and talent planning, she’ll be sharing practical insights and tools to help businesses transform the way they attract and retain talent — especially across generations and within diverse teams.
The Fusion programme includes practical support such as peer-to-peer workshops, tailored mentoring, co-creation sessions with Gen Z professionals and tools to help businesses embed effective HR and recruitment practices immediately. It’s a real hands-on opportunity for organisations to rethink how they approach workforce planning, staff engagement and talent development.
