- Experience in Managing a hair salon or your own column in a hair salon
- Confident using a computer booking system
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Comfortable with working to targets
What you’ll be doing
Full training provided. Typical duties include:
- As Hair Salon Manager you’ll lead a fantastic team of 6 stylists
- Managing the development and training of your team
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Driving sales and KPIs to hit targets and boost incentives
- Building your own client base and maintaining excellence
