Ready to get stuck in and learn something new? We’re looking for reliable, positive people to join this friendly packaging team at their expanding Masham site. If you’re hands‑on, hardworking and keen to learn, this is a great opportunity to start your career in production.
You’ll help pack boxes and support cask filling, playing a key part in getting our award‑winning beer ready for customers.
What you’ll do
- Pack boxes and assist with cask filling
- Learn to operate packaging equipment
- Keep work areas clean, organised and safe
- Record simple production information
- Work safely with chemicals (training provided)
- Support the wider team when needed
What we’re looking for
- No experience needed — full training provided
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, practical and comfortable with physical work
- Good communicator and team player
- Able to follow instructions and stay organised
- Flexible to work across two sites
