Digital Events & Marketing Coordinator (Part‑Time, Temporary)

Location: Ideally North Yorkshire but will consider remote with occasional and pre-arranged working days at the York office.

Temporary: August – October (possible extension up to 6 months)

Hours: 2–3 days per week (flexible on days, approx. 24 hours/week)

We are working with Joseph Rowntrees Foundation to find a technically confident and organised Digital Events & Marketing Coordinator to support its webinar programme and digital marketing operations. The coordinator will work across Zoom Events, Microsoft Dynamics, and DotDigital to ensure smooth delivery of online events and accurate management of stakeholder data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Webinar Production — Build and run Zoom Events webinars, manage registration, backstage setup, and live delivery.
  • Speaker Coordination — Brief speakers, organise tech tests, and collect presentation assets.
  • Data & CRM Support — Maintain stakeholder lists, update CRM records, and support reporting.
  • Email Operations — Assist with DotDigital campaigns and contact lists.

Experience & Pay Guide

  • Junior (£18–£25/hr): Supports basic webinar tasks with support and training, learns systems with guidance, assists with CRM and email operations. A junior level candidate will need to be able to deliver webinars individually with initial training.
  • Mid‑Level (£25–£35/hr): Independently delivers webinars, manages speaker coordination, and handles CRM/email workflows.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently across multiple digital systems. Experience with webinars, CRM platforms, or email marketing tools is highly beneficial.
