We’re working with a York based company with a national reach to find an exceptional Marketing and Communications Officer to join their large, friendly and dynamic team in their York HQ on a fixed term contract.
As the Marketing & Communications Officer you’ll play a key role in communicating the organisations services to a wide range of audiences, while managing internal and external stakeholders.
Managing and delivering marketing and communications activities, you will be:
- Delivering a full, aligned portfolio of digital and offline marketing, communications and PR activities
- Monitoring marketing/communications activities in terms of performance, budget and return on investment
- Delivering powerful, integrated campaigns that promote the organisation brand and products as well as writing all content in a confident, compelling and concise style, flexed to each medium
- Offering effective marketing/communications guidance to stakeholders, advice and training
- Representing the marketing department at events, meetings and committees
To be the successful Marketing & Communications Officer you will have:
- Proven experience in CRM management and an excellent knowledge of CRM processes, including data analysis and segmentation of key audiences
- Experience in analysing trends and campaign performance data to develop audience awareness
- Experience of using various digital and offline channels
