An exciting, 12 month contract opportunity (full time hours), has become available for an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join a pro-active, professional communications team based in York.
The key purpose of this position is to effectively communicate with key audiences to increase the number of participants taking part in professional development activities, including CPD, resources and competitions etc.
You will be taking responsibility for the following;
In this pivotal role of Marketing Assistant, you will need to work effectively and collaboratively with external stakeholders and partners as well as colleagues who are working remotely so you must have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
You will need to have a successful track record in supporting communications and marketing activities including the generation of sales through creative and compelling marketing solutions. You ideally will have experience of managing multiple projects and experience of copy writing and execution of print and online marketing materials. Advanced ICT skills are essential including: email; word processing; spreadsheets; databases; presentations, use of graphic design packages, web applications, CRM, CMS and the willingness to embrace new technologies and solutions.
