We are working with a well-established, successful, independent lettings and property management company in York to help them look for a dynamic and well organised Lettings Administrator to join their growing team working across four departments.
Our client is looking for someone to take hold of a newly created position in their expanding, busy lettings department. The successful Lettings Administrator would be working within a team of five providing administrative assistance across the department.
No two days are the same in Lettings and Maintenance and a typical day will involve;
The successful Lettings Administrator will have a friendly personality and can-do attitude as well as excellent customer service skills (both face to face and over the telephone). You will also have a full clean driver’s license and be happy to drive the company cars (manual and automatic – little ones!) Proficiency in all MS offices packages is essential as is the ability to multitask and have a good sense of humour.
Full training will be given to the person who is the right ‘fit’ for this company but if you have any lettings experience that’s always a bonus!
Salary is dependent upon experience; hours of work are full time, Monday to Friday as well as every second Saturday (time off in lieu for the Saturday work).
