A 10 week, temporary position has become available for an HR Project Administrator to join a dedicated HR team. You will be providing confidential Human Resource administration support to the team on a specific project across this charitable based organisation.
Your role will involve arranging, rearranging and cancelling meetings via outlook, preparing detailed information/packs for meetings, mail merging documents on Word, scanning minutes of meetings and using Excel spreadsheets to collate the correct information for each individual.
The successful person for this role needs to be word and excel savvy and you must be able to update spreadsheets and trackers, carry out bulk mail merges use outlook diary management and pull schedules together.
Initial training will be provided as well as ongoing support throughout the booking and, although you will be working within the project team in an open plan office, you need to be a proactive self-starter as your peers will often be out and about.
We are seeking an outgoing, exceptionally organised individual with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills both verbally and written. You will need to have previous experience of mail merge and excel.
Start date 23rd April, minimum of 10 weeks, 35 hour week, Monday to Friday, pay rate £10.90/hr
