A one-off opportunity has become available for a bright and dedicated individual to join a corporate and dynamic organisation in York as its’ Facilities Assistant.
The role is to work as part of a brilliantly organised team and specifically involves being responsible for the delivery of facilities onsite as well as the control of all onsite operations. The Facilities Assistants position is there to ensure the smooth running of the York site whilst providing support to the property team providing a high level of services for and on behalf of this prestigious and exciting business.
Your key responsibilities will include the following;
The successful applicant will have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to take instruction always with a smile on their face, you will have a high level of customer service and good computer/IT skills. You will have had some experience in a customer facing role previously.
To be a stand out candidate for this position, you will be seeking a long term, part time position within an organisation where you can always progress and learn. You must have strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and have a pro-active approach.
Hours will be 07:30 – 15:30 or 11:30 – 19:30 alternative weeks. Monday – Friday. Salary £18,250K.
