A unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Call Centre Team Manager to join a consultative and bespoke Leisure related organisation in York, to effectively manage a fundamental department and team of people to deliver the department and company objectives. The Call Centre Team manager will be working closely with the Operations Manager and other Team Managers to develop the team by planning and allocating responsibilities whilst monitoring individual progress and quality of work produced to ensure required standards are being met and exceeded!
The successful applicant for this role will have experience of identifying areas for improvement and creating and implementing the strategy surrounding these areas. You will be providing learning opportunities for the team by identifying learning needs, helping to provide opportunities to address those needs whilst encouraging team members to take responsibility for their own learning and development.
As a Call Centre Team Manager applying for this role you will have demonstrable man-management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to analyse data and problem solve.
It is essential that you are happy to work flexible hours on a rota’d basis.
