We are looking for an exceptional Business Support Administrator to support the Directors in the overall day to day activities and running of the business so you will love the variety that that will bring. You will be providing general administration support to the MD and all departments with the support of the Office Manager on a day to day basis.
No two days will be the same and will involve some of the following;
The successful Business Support Administrator will have excellent communication, planning and organisational skills. You should be a self-starter with well-developed interpersonal skills and who is flexible in responding to the different demands of small and professional business. As well as being part of a team, you will be able to work on your own and enjoy the variety that this role brings.
The ideal person for this role will be supportive by nature, have a happy and cheerful manner and a mentality that ‘nothing is too much trouble’. You should be a genuine individual, switched on, and have excellent presentation skills.
